D3 Search is actively seeking the following Marketing Technology Coordinator candidate for a well-established and highly respected CA-based regional law practice situated in Los Angeles, CA (90045).
Position Title:
Marketing Technology Coordinator
- Note: 1 - 2 years’ relevant digital marketing experience within the professional services industry is required.

Los Angeles, CA (90045)
Employer Work Model:
Flexible hybrid 3/2 work model.
Employment Status:
Full-time | direct hire employment opportunity. Non-exempt role (OT in accordance w/ CA laws).
Position Description:
The Marketing Technology Coordinator plans & executes assignments and projects related to Practice Group webinars, the firm’s online subscriber-based library, and on-demand platform as well as designs marketing materials, including digital and print. In addition, this position performs a variety of audit & data quality assurance tasks to ensure accurate and prompt entry & reporting of marketing data. They also interface directly with clients in a customer support role.
Duties will include graphics & formatting; training & e-commerce platforms; and general administrative duties.
Education & Software Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant professional work experience in a professional office setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Experience in WordPress, Learning Management System, SCORM.
Salary/Compensation/Benefits:
Yearly salary is up to 75K (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive & robust health benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, and many other notable employee perks, etc.
