- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
- Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vans
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years’ experience as an in-home service provider
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Van, gas card and uniforms are provided.
- Paid holidays.

- Territory is designed around your home address so you can start and end from your home if you are too far away from the office
