Front Desk Coordinator

Location : Dentistry for Children Maryland - Laurel

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM and works Monday - Thursday 8a-5p

Position Overview :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator at Dentistry for Children Maryland in Laurel! The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all front office functions, ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians are always the top priority.

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.

Key Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a consistently pleasant demeanor.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and complete duties in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in PC use and the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs as needed.
  • Bilingual preferred.
