In this role, you will oversee the training and development of staff across all roles within our pediatric dental offices, ensuring operational success and excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Regional Support: Travel to various offices within the region to provide training and operational support. Staff Training: Lead and assist in the training of staff in various roles, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Best Practices: Implement and maintain best practice procedures for patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between non-clinical support functions and in-office personnel to ensure smooth operations. Onboarding: Onboard and train new staff members, helping them integrate smoothly into our teams. Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to government laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in dental. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Why Join Us?
