Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the training and development of staff across all roles within our pediatric dental offices, ensuring operational success and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regional Support : Travel to various offices within the region to provide training and operational support.
• Staff Training : Lead and assist in the training of staff in various roles, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Best Practices : Implement and maintain best practice procedures for patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.
• Liaison Role : Serve as a liaison between non-clinical support functions and in-office personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Onboarding : Onboard and train new staff members, helping them integrate smoothly into our teams.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in dental.
• Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
