What this job involves: We’re looking for a Credit Controller to join our team working on a unique mixed portfolio covering retail, commercial, industrial and other use leases. You will manage the collection of tenant arrears and associated administration such as lease security and up-to-date contact details for the portfolio. A snapshot of the role: Collection of arrears from tenants Coordinate with receipting team to ensure tenant payments are allocated against debt promptly Prepare tenant account reconciliations to encourage tenants to pay arrears Debtor reporting as per client requirements Liaise with property managers and tenants to promote resolution of disputes holding up payments Maintain debtor accounts including credit applies of unallocated monies Point of contact for remittance advices Sound like you?
