Dabri is specialized in Program, Construction Management and Project Controls Services. We are looking for experienced individuals to support the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) as Data Consultant.

The IT position is for someone who can help us to prepare our quarterly reports. This person needs to know ESRI, CAD, or other 2D / 3D Software. This person does not need to be an engineer, but we prefer engineer.

There is no need for educational facilities experience, but we need a person skilled on what is expected to do. Please note that if you are hired, you will be working at the LAUSD office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and Information Technology
• 2 years full time paid professional experience using ESRI, CAD, or other 2D / 3D Software
• 3 years full time paid professional experience with large scale construction data integration efforts involving an Enterprise Program Management Software
• 5 years full time paid professional experience in data processing and software management within construction projects
• Knowledge of construction organization, terminology, financial structure, and workflow
• Experience in writing technical work instructions and training construction personnel at various levels in a project team

Responsibilities:

• Trains users in the proper use of various systems and new integrated processes
• Tests integrations from user perspective and participates in software pilots
• Administers Program Management Database with respect to security and user profiles, custom fields, statuses, and forms
• Administers CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) System supporting Facility Tabular and Spatial Data
• Organizes software needs, devise solutions, and maintain software and hardware systems
• Develops and modifies custom reports
