We are seeking a highly experienced Content Team Manager to lead our dynamic team of content creators and writers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality content, ensuring team performance aligns with company objectives, and managing team resources efficiently.

- Supervise a large team of content creators and writers, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve team and individual goals
- Develop and implement strategies for managing team resources, including scheduling and assigning tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
- Monitor team performance, track progress against performance objectives, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure the quality of content produced meets the company’s standards and is consistent with brand voice and objectives
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career progression
- Collaborate with other departments to align content strategies with overall business goals
- Manage and optimize the use of content management systems and tools, ensuring the team can work efficiently and effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, tracking team performance, and reporting
- 6 years of supervisory experience in a content creation or writing team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing team members
- Proficient in managing team resources and pacing to meet performance objectives
- Extensive experience using Excel and content management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Canva or other similar design tools
