The Infused Pre-Roll Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality infused pre-rolls that meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves working with cannabis flower, concentrates, and other infusion materials to produce products that stand out in the market for their potency and flavor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and roll or pack cannabis joints, incorporating infused concentrates, oils, or other additives as specified.
Ensure all infused pre-rolls meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine checks for consistency, potency, and presentation.
Measure and mix cannabis flower and infusion materials accurately. Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies, and manage their proper storage.
Use and maintain equipment related to pre-roll production, including grinders, rolling machines, and infusion devices.
Adhere to all local, state, and CRA regulations related to cannabis production and handling. Maintain accurate records of production batches and inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and tools are sanitized regularly to prevent contamination.
Work closely with other team members, including production staff, quality control, and management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in cannabis infusion technology. Provide feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Understanding of cannabis strains, concentrates, and infusion techniques. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in using production equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to [weight] pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Must adhere to safety protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or training in cannabis handling or production are advantageous.

$15-$17/hour based upon experience.
