Our client, a leading manufacturer of custom water treatment systems, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Purchasing to be responsible for entering data from invoices and POs to assist with data integration project.

Job Title: Accounting Purchasing Assistant

Location: Chaska, MN

Duration: 6-9 month contract

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour depending on experience

What you’ll do as the Purchasing Assistant:

• Perform data entry and integration tasks
• Enter and manage purchase orders and invoices
• Communicate effectively with vendors
• Utilize QuickBooks
• Use Excel and Outlook for various tasks and communications

What you will bring to the Purchasing Assistant role:

• 1 years of relevant experience in accounting or purchasing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a quiet, seasoned team environment
