• Contract Duration: 5 Months
• Worksite Location: Remote

What you will do as a Broker Operations Technical Analyst:

• Utilize ICM to process commission payments in accordance with established rules, sales performance metrics, and contractual terms
• Calculate and process manual commission payments
• Analyze commission payment data to validate calculations, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payment-related issues
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Reconcile commission payments with sales data and sales representatives' records, ensuring accuracy and alignment
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between calculated commissions and actual payments
• Generate commission payment reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation of commission payment processes, changes, and agreements
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to align commission payment processes, address inquiries, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to address system-related queries and challenges

What you will bring to the Broker Operations Analyst role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 years of previous experience in the field
• 3 years of recent experience executing commission payments
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate experience in Excel
• Experience with payment software solutions
• Strong drive for results and accountability
• Exceptional judgement and decision-making capabilities
