• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Worksite Location : Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid
• Hourly Rate : $40-43/hr W2

What you’ll do as the Category Marketing Specialist:

• Responsible for adopting brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs to create industry leading- consumer experiences
• Collaborate with a broad set of CFT (Brand Management, Creative, Production Design, Merchandising, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing and Insights amongst others)
• Responsible for the end-to-end connectivity of strategy and operations across packaging briefs and optimize the brand experience via packaging
• Owner of the day-to-day management including setting project context, facilitating, working meetings, managing financials, and fostering project execution
• Drive cross functional team coordination, goal alignment, and budget allocation

What you’ll bring to the Category Marketing Specialist role:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly and effectively for a wide audience
• Proficient Microsoft Windows skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
