The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our financial growth trajectory, overseeing financial operations, managing the finance team, and providing strategic guidance to achieve our revenue goals. The Controller will be responsible for addressing current challenges, including ERP system optimization, and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the finance team, including day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Provide financial guidance and support to executive leadership
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Optimize and manage the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive cost reduction and revenue growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop finance team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience at a Controller/CFO level, preferably within the metal industry
• CPA certification is preferred
• Strong proficiency in financial forecasting and analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly "Global Shop," is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience managing corporate finance functions is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
