Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Madison, WI (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $22-$28/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00-5:00
What you will do:
- The primary responsibility of the role will be imaging laptops for new users, and responding to service ticket requests
- Provide Desktop Support directly to internal end-users (employees, contractors, and vendors).
- Help manage equipment inventory, sending and receiving equipment.
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a desktop support role
- Knowledge of ticketing management tools such as ServiceNow
- Experience with computer hardware such as HP
- Experience supporting MS Office and MS Teams
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
