- Worksite Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
- Compensation: $17-19/hour benefits
What you’ll do as the Member Services Representative:
- Assist members with transactions and cash services by phone, in-person, and drive-through
- Provide exceptional service when handling checks, cash services, deposits, and completing member’s paperwork
- Resolve member’s account problems
- Sell helpful products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
What you’ll bring to the Member Services Representative role:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience in cash handling or as a teller is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
