• Contract Duration: 5-months
• Worksite Location : Hybrid - Minneapolis
• Hourly Rate: $35-39/hr W2

What you’ll do as the Part Time Category Marketing Specialist:

- Support beauty category with marketing project management

- Attend key meetings to understand strategy ahead of kick-off

- Gather brand assets

- Route creative content for approvals

- Support creative requests

- Create/support brand creative reviews

What you’ll bring to the Part Time Category Marketing Specialist role:

• Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous cosmetics, hair care & skin care marketing experience

• Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail

• Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for Guest-focused solutions
