What you will do as the Administrative Support Specialist :

• Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including but not limited to data entry, file management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
• Conduct research and compile data for various HR projects and initiatives
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible

What you’ll bring to the role as the Administrative Support Specialist :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on HR document management
• Strong understanding of HR document types, such as employment contracts, offer letters, performance evaluations, and disciplinary forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, and EEOC
