We are currently seeking an Electrical Journeyman. The position will be based out of Burlington, but will entail travel throughout Skagit, Whatcom, and Northern Snohomish counties. REQUIRED: WASHINGTON 01 ELECTRICIAN JOURNEYMAN LICENSE

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​ Qualifications:

• Washington 01 Journeyman License
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Clean DMV record

Excellent knowledge and use of PPE equipment, Excellent paperwork management, Excellent NEC knowledge, Excellent motor controls and process systems knowledge, Excellent knowledge of 600V and below service entrance and distribution, Medium voltage systems knowledge is a plus.

Good knowledge of combustion engine power generation, Knowledge of photovoltaic power generation is a plus, Good understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems operation, Good understanding of liquid pumping and transfer systems, Good understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems, Excellent knowledge of classified location installation methods (hazardous locations), Excellent mechanical skills and knowledgeable tool usage.

Wage $45-$55, DOE. Presently offering a $3,500.00 hiring bonus and one week of vacation to start your vacation accrual process.
