Dahmes Stainless is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Lead Designer with a solid background in construction design. This exciting career opportunity involves coordinating designs across functions, building drafting resources and templates, and collaborating effectively with Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers.

The ideal candidate will possess a 2-year construction management degree and/or equivalent work experience, expertise in Autodesk products including Revit, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and experience using 2D DraftSight or AutoCAD. You should also have a demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities for this position include creating and managing project designs in Revit, maintaining Dahmes Contracting library of Revit models, families, and templates, conducting Matterport scans, and other job requirements as identified by the company. Additionally, as a Project Management Assistant, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, handle purchase orders, and ensure design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Candidates with knowledge of sanitary construction requirements and strong organizational and interpersonal skills will be highly valued. As this position requires up to 75% travel, flexibility and adaptability to new environments is essential.
