ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to multiple departments. Duties include general clerical, filing and project based work.
Other responsibilities
- Scanning drawings and documents, and saving files in archives
- Prepare spreadsheets for documenting past project information
- Miscellaneous filing as required, i.e. drawings and documents
- Keep files, project books and other required documentation organized
- Track materials removed from files in order to ensure files are returned
- Assist other departments as needed
- Ability to sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, and user criteria
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Knowledge creating, maintaining and modifying spreadsheets
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Prolonged periods of time standing scanning documents
- Capable of lifting and moving drawings and boxes of documents
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Superior team-working, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers
- Extremely organized, accurate, and highly detail-oriented
- Self-starter and focused on accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines
- Any satisfactory combination of experience and training that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge and skills.
