Key Responsibilities Include:
- Plans and analyzes assigned construction projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis through required project documentation such as AIA
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for file

- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3 Years of professional Project Management experience in construction, facilities or similar
