Make your mark at the world’s largest HVAC companyThe Human Resources Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting Daikin Applied's Employee Services Team by utilizing tools and systems to provide strong administrative support to the organization. Under general supervision, he or she will assist with HR functions such as employee record management, data entry, HR compliance, reporting, onboarding, and other various HR related administrative duties. Location: Hybrid - Plymouth MN What you will do:
Maintain employee database by processing and updating the HRIS system for hires, terms, job changes, salary/wage changes, personal data, etc.
Follow outlined processes and procedures to ensure consistent data entry
Establish, organize, and maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with federal and state requirements
Assist in managing the onboarding process, including employee communications as well as gathering and filing of documents
Administer and distribute exit surveys to departing employees and prepare employee separation notices and related documentation
Prepare and distribute various HR reports (i.e., turnover, new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.)
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
Respond to unemployment insurance related inquiries
Monitor employment verifications and complete any manual verifications that are not completed by the third party vendors
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents for employees
Assist with various other administrative duties as assigned by the Employee Services Manager
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
4 year bachelor's degree OR SHRM certification or similar
2 years of Human Resources experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or Workday
