Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC companyThe Regional Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects within our Mid-Atlantic Region to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.

What you will do:
  • Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters.
  • Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
  • Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, along with maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.
Qualifications:Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Commercial HVAC industry experience
Nice to Have:
  • Professional Project Management Certifications
  • Experience with mission critical facilities
  • Professional Engineering License
