Daikin Applied Americas is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Staunton, VA
Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2pm; 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm
Location: 207 Laurel Hill Road, Verona VA

- Read, interpret, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, labor summaries and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
- Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials
- Plan, set up and operate rollers, nibblers, pierce and notch machines, brake presses and punch presses utilizing single, compound, or progressive dies
- Operate various tools and equipment used in fabrication, handling, manipulation and movement of parts, components, and sub-assemblies for Chiller Products
- Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity to prints, work instructions and standards
- Maintain required records
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Previous manufacturing experience
