What you will do:
- Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results
- Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME, and stakeholder.
- Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation.
- Responsible for end-to-end program management, working with training admin to ensure all administrative details are managed, including tracking, materials, communications, and if applicable, budgeting.
- Responsible for measurement & assessment of learning effectiveness. Evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize solution.
- Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources. Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including charter, scope, schedule, risk, and dashboard. Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Partner with leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities that drive business results. Produce needs analysis, design documents, high impact learning maps, and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes. Identify opportunities to leverage learning and collaborative technologies to enhance the learner experience.
- Facilitate learning sessions to all levels of the organization. Confidently and clearly present learning content on a variety of topics for in-person and virtual environments. Engage participants through interactive learning techniques. Manage group dynamics and demonstrate active listening skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Education
- 5 years Learning Program Management
- 3 years Project Management experience
- 5 years Facilitation experience
- Ability to travel 20-25%
- Experience working with Sales and Service organizations, Leadership training topics
- Experience designing ILT, VILT, and technology-based learning solutions
- Technology: SnagIt, Webex, Intrepid, Articulate, Cornerstone
- Managing multiple modalities: Virtual Instructor Led, eLearning, Micro-learning, Intrepid Virtual Learning
