The Sr Network Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for administration and support of infrastructure implementations. Provides direct technical support for all requirements in the planning, design, coordination, programming, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to infrastructure / information systems, software, transaction monitors, and the range of products and productivity tools that support testing and production environments.
Location: Hybrid in Plymouth, MN. Remote also available.

What you will do:
- Must have experience Developing, designing, and implementing network roadmap, architecture, standards, and governance
- Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and their frameworks for 60 locations
- Design and Develop implementation plans for new network appliances/best practices/frameworks. These must be scalable, reliable, secure and cost effective.
- Develop and document processes/tools/technology to automate the network and implement network as a code
- Evaluate and recommend purchases of network technology solutions.
- Solve a wide range of complex problems. SME and point of escalation, provide guidance to team and the managed service provider
- Assist the Information Security Team in resolving vulnerabilities found on the network, through policies, network segmentation or standard upgrades.
- Oversee the maintenance of the entire network, including patches, vulnerabilities and life cycling old hardware
- Participate in on-call duties on a weekly rotational basis.

- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Information Technology or related or equivalent experience
- 7 years related experience.
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing organization wide network architecture, solutions and roadmap
- Setting and documenting network engineering standards
- Expertise in Cisco Network space including Firewalls, Wireless, Switches, Routers, Cisco DNA, ISE and the Viptela SD-WAN
- Experience in Cloud Integration Strategies and Cloud Network Concepts including integration with Azure
- Experience in automation and Network as a code strategy for the organization
- Cisco professional or higher certification
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Cisco CCIE certification
