Position responsibilities may include:

• Participate in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting package
• Involvement in the annual and long range planning process
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop, and maintain, key performance metrics and scoreboards
• FP&A support to key corporate functions: HR, IT, Legal etc.
• Develop, and maintain, key financial models
• Significant ad-hoc, and project, based analysis
• Act as a proactive business partner, advising and making recommendations based upon financial projections and historical performance
• Claims/contracts analysis and projections
• Program analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial tools development
• Data extraction/Ad hoc reporting/analysis
• Comply with work instructions, Company policies and procedure

• Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
• Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
• Work is closely supervised

Knowledge & Skills:

• Exceptional computer skills:
  • MS Office -Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • With Excel – knowledge of formulas, v-look up, chart/graphs, etc.
  • SQL or similar
  • Various database applications/systems
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly analytical with an insatiable curiosity to get to the root cause of issues, explain information to management, and provide for improvements
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, as this role will work closely with cross-functional departments such as; extended warranty and warranty departments, vendors, legal and key executives
• Effective organizational skills and time management skills including ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees
• Ability to use good judgement and strong work ethics and integrity on the job
• Ability to achieve the desired results – high quality work, on-time deliverables and reduction in costs

Experience: 

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in a related field, preferably in a high-volume environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
