Nature and Scope:
- Works within knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Certifications or Work experience relevant to position description--e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM); Certified Data Administrator (CDA); VMware Certified Professional (VCP); and/or Cloud Certifications.
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
- Strong with System Virtualization technology
- Well Experience with SAN and NAS devices.
- Knowledge and ability to support networking devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining procedures clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining server systems and network infrastructure related issues.
