• Prepare annual training center upgrade plan.
  • Prepare a plan based on new product releases, and technology.
  • Prepare budget.
  • Communicate with facility manager and snr manager to implement plan.
  • Create and maintain facility asset register.
• New and annual training facility audits.
  • Oversee audits for new training facilities, company owned and independents.
  • Collect and maintain annual audits.
• Regional training promotions. 
  • Lead in planning and implementation of Daikin Days or similar events.
• NASC planning and implementation.
  • Working with the technical team, plan and implement the bi-annual service conference.
• Support training enhancement projects.
• Travel to training locations.
• Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
• Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
• Work is closely supervised

Experience & Education

5 years of planning experience

Bachelor’s degree, business or technical degree
