· Responsible for ensuring assigned feeder department(s) are following work schedules to ensure adequate fabricated parts available to support Assembly operation.
· Prepare, maintain and analyze manufacturing work orders and ensure that those orders are completed timely.
· Determine what parts, job sequence, and appropriate machine(s) to satisfy demand.
· Collaborate with feeder department(s) to ensure that parts are effectively and efficiently manufactured as well as inventory needs are met and accurate.
· Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure that raw materials and purchased parts are available and delivered in timely manner.
· Interact with all teams on a daily basis to expedite flow of material and BOMs and Routers to meet production schedule and resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or any changes to available capacity.
· Review, create and analyze capacity reports regularly and interface with any necessary departments to plan for and resolve issues.
· Track daily schedule attainment.
· Perform work order management and reporting activities to track and drive schedule attainment.
· Identify issues that could impact the schedule.
· Conduct scheduling meetings and attend meeting when necessary.
· Forecast, plan, and communicate with other Goodman facilities.
· Participate in companywide 5-S project.
· Schedule service components for Service department.
· Work in a safe and high quality manner.
· Assist with additional duties as needed.
· Responsible to ensure production is scheduled accurately to achieve 100% on time delivery w/minimal inventory.
