We are a wholesale distribution powerhouse throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Specializing in HVAC equipment and residential building products: Kitchen and Bath, Hearth, and Garage Doors. As a company, we continuously strive to improve living environments through products and services that benefit our customers’ lives working with work with dealers, builders, contractors, designers, and architects.May Include
- Installation & troubleshooting of fireplaces
- Courteous and effective communication, verbal and text/email, with external customers and internal Williams staff
- Consistent completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with manager and/or trainer instruction regarding installation and operations processes and procedures
- Confirm installation requirements by reading and understanding manuals, codes and other related materials
- Utilization of electronic scheduling system using a smart phone or tablet
- Other jobs and responsibilities as may be assigned by Installation Services Manager; GM of Hearth Products or other senior level management.
- Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Use of tools including, but not limited to, hand tools, powered tools
- Use of ladders, scaffolding, lifts, harnesses (when required) and other apparatus to reach elevated areas including, but not limited to roofs, chases and attic areas
- Work with materials and merchandise including manufactured fireplaces, wood and cast mantels, natural stone surround material, metal venting, sheet metal and gas line
- Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force when moving heavy product
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Valid driver’s license and be insurable under company insurance policy
- Typical workdays are Monday-Friday
