Position OverviewDaily Harvest is looking for a passionate, analytical Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This person would work closely with the Creative, Strategy & Insights, Finance and Marketing teams.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize the customer journey, from acquisition through retention and reactivation. You'll own end-to-end campaign processes across email, SMS and push/in-app channels, including strategic planning, creative management, monitoring and performance reporting. You'll be charged with setting and achieving LCM KPIs while delighting our customers through on-brand storytelling.
This person should have 5 years of email marketing experience with a focus on subscription businesses. You have a track record of developing campaigns that successfully drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty reactivation.
This position will report into the Senior Director of Performance Marketing.
What you'll do:The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
