Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess strong organizational skills to manage patient appointments and inquiries efficiently.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all interactions
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role in a clinic or urgent care setting
- Knowledge of medical scheduling software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of front desk operations in a healthcare facility
