Job Summary:
We are seeking a cheerful fun-loving Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be the master for chill which includes knowledge of ice cream machines and making custom ice cream cakes. The candidate should also know how to make schedules, conduct interviews and helps in training staff.

Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, and manage chill including ice cream cakes, and ice cream machines
- Assist in training and development of employees
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor pricing and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize waste
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff
- Support the Store Manager in management tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ice cream stores or cake making is a must
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for staff development
- Proficient in employee orientation and shift management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Knowledge of making schedules, pricing strategies and inventory management
- Experience in conducting interviews for hiring purposes

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
