Dairy Queen is Hiring a District Manager Near Washington, PA

PurposeThis position is responsible for directing up to 8 Store Managers in the daily operations of their restaurants in accordance with prescribed policies and practices. It focuses on each restaurant's financials and compliance with standards in the areas of guest relations, food costs, labor costs, safety sanitation, and product preparation.Responsibilities for your region include, but are not limited to:Assist in recruiting for all Manager, and Assistant Manager positions. Interview and approve all store hires.
Participate in our company's internal Management Training Program.
Ensure stores meet company financial objectives by analyzing weekly results and initiating corrective action.
Mentors and develop all Store Managers.
Complete Management Performance Reviews semi-annually.
Ensure employee reviews, training, orientation, and new hire packets are completed.
Conduct Store Spot Check and Surveillance Audits.
Audit daily and weekly store control paperwork.
Ensure ongoing management training and continuing education is completed.
Resolve HQ generated complaints favorably with assistance from Store Manager.
Recognize great employees and distributes employee rewards accordingly.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
5-6 years' experience in restaurant management preferred.
Multi-unit restaurant background strongly preferred.
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
