GENERALSUMMARY
The communications coordinator administers consistent brand messaging throughout the cooperative and aids the communications team in preparing effective communication and marketing materials. This position collaborates with various departments to enhance marketing and engagement efforts and works closely with the communications and engagement team to achieve the cooperative’s strategic objectives. Success in this role is demonstrated by growing brand loyalty and effectively delivering the cooperative’s message to its members, employees, and the general public.
No direct supervision.
Provides back-up support to the communications and engagement team.
This position requires the individual to work typical office hours. Occasional travel and work on weekends and evenings for meetings, events and training opportunities may be required. This position is required to have their personal cell phone connected to the cooperative’s email and social media accounts. Eligible to receive a monthly cell phone reimbursement.
