The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the dispensary and will report to the dispensary Manager. The assistant manager will primarily be responsible for the daily closing shift and weekend shifts of the dispensary, but certain circumstances may call for flexibility. A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required. Assistant managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring all employees are performing job duties
• Closing tasks of the dispensary daily.
• Managing daily processes for ensuring all the days sales are tracked, entered, and synced with Metrc to ensure compliance for state reporting.
• Intake of daily cash and proper deposits filled out and stored.
• Ensuring all compliance protocols are followed daily by employees and proper documentation is completed and filed for safekeeping.
• Ensuring proper sales and performance metrics for employees are tracked and reported to upper management
• Assist Manager with employee scheduling to ensure proper staffing of the dispensary at all times.
• Daily sales and inventory reports ran and sent to upper management.
• Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or upper management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have transportation to our Huron facility.
• Must be 21 and have a high school diploma or completed GED.
• Must clear a state approved background check.
