Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking Summary
The Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking role prepares the product for painting by washing, masking, sanding and caulking product per instructions. The position is responsible for moving the product to the paint booth. The Paint Prep will also remove all tape and paper after the product is completely dry and maintains a clean and safe area. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all painting quality levels are met.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly. Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling and/or standing. Must wear ASTM 2413 Steel-Toe/Composite-Toe footwear, ear plugs, safety glasses, goggles, masks with protective lenses, and any other required equipment to prevent burns, eye injuries, and injury from falling objects.
