Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your attention to detail and knowledge of landscaping techniques will contribute to creating a beautiful and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the grounds
- Maintain cleanliness by removing debris, litter, and fallen leaves
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Monitor the health of plants and trees, identifying any signs of disease or pest infestation
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features or improvements
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance principles and best practices
- Attention to detail to ensure precise execution of landscaping tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
