Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial and Wholesale Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial and Wholesale Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sourcing and ordering parts, managing inventory, and assisting with equipment repair and maintenance for wholeasale and fleet customers.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Source and order parts from various suppliers
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Visit and deliver parts to independent repair facilities and commercial and fleet account customers
- Build and grow commercial/wholesale parts accounts
- Perform data entry tasks related to parts ordering and inventory management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive diagnostics or mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers
- Must be self motivated and possess the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.

-Proficient in shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to source and identify parts using catalogs, online resources, or other means
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

-Must possess valid driver's license with clean driving record

Pay: $34,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
