Responsibilities:
- Print and distribute monthly and on-demand pre-bill reports to billing attorneys and others as requested
- Finalize and post invoices and write-offs in Elite 3E
- Prepare and send paper bills and statements to clients as well as submit electronic bills when appropriate
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of billing/accounting experience within a professional services environment
- Experience working with Elite, electronic billing and online internet banking sites strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office)
