This is a permanent hire role. 25 hours per week (5 days). 1 day on-site per week!Hourly pay rate: Up to $30.00 based on relevant work experience
Responsibilities:
- Review and/or process a high volume of invoices
- Maintain invoice volume, cycle time accuracy goals
- Accurately code (General Ledger) and enter invoices for payment
- Work with suppliers to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
- High-volume preparation of weekly payments
- ACH/check/wire requests
- Work with suppliers/vendors to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing
- 5 years of accounting/accounts payable experience preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
