Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Improve financial reporting processes and ensure proper accounting systems in accordance with GAAP.
- Leads audit process and drive to audit close, including relationship with outside auditor and reporting to board.
- Ensure all regulatory reporting requirements are met and execution of adequate internal controls
- Participate and lead in the analysis of current company business operations and future business plans.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with SAP
- Experience within a Manufacturing, Construction, & Engineering environment
