Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly financial statements
- Maintain general ledgers and prepare quarterly workbooks
- Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare capital calls and distribution notices to investor
- Prepare gross and net IRR calculations
- Prepare management fee and fund level carried interest calculations
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s Degree) in accounting/finance or relevant field, CPA is a plus
- 3 years of fund accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be willing to work onsite
