Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at the PPA Tour, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, creative teams as well as all departments to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures/Flyers, posters, Broadcast, on-site banners/ LED Boards and advertisements.
- Develop original concepts and execute designs that communicate our brand message effectively.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with direct team and the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members, photographers, and other creatives to produce cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure your meeting expectations for their projects
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
- In a fast-paced environment, each team member needs to be taking initiative and being a team player on helping getting all projects done
- Innovation and Trends-
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and contribute to the overall creativity of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and video editing is a plus.
