Dallas One Solutions is Hiring a Quality Control Inspector Near Carrollton, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform AQL inspection of incoming components and labels
  • Inspect components and labels and compare with standards to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications
  • Release and issue components and labels for Production
  • Process returns of components and labels after production is completed
  • Collaborate with Warehouse team to perform monthly inventory checks of components, labels and sleeves.
  • Assist in obsolete components and labels destruction
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Production department for testing of new components and labels
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School graduate with relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field preferred.
  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
