Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with heart conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality cardiac care.

• Salary: $30.04 - $41.50/hr Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4/Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30K for nights and $12K for days with commitment

Duties:
- Monitor and assess cardiac patients' conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythm
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on heart disease prevention and management
- Assist in diagnostic procedures such as stress tests and echocardiograms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Perform airway management and emergency response procedures in critical situations

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in cardiac nursing preferred
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with trauma medicine and neonatal ventilator systems
- Ability to interpret EKG readings accurately
- Proficiency in anatomy and physiology, particularly related to the cardiovascular system
- Experience working with patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and adults
- Strong communication skills and empathy when working with individuals with developmental disabilities
