Director of Diagnostic Imaging - Full-Time (Overland Park, KS)

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (Based on experience) plus yearly director bonus

Schedule: Full-Time, Typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Diagnostic Imaging to join our team in Overland Park, KS. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. The successful candidate will integrate department services with the hospital's primary functions, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Integration: Coordinate and integrate diagnostic imaging services within the department and with other hospital departments.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to support service provision.
• Staff Management: Recommend, evaluate, and ensure the qualifications and competence of staff members.
• Training & Education: Provide orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for department personnel.
• Performance Assessment: Continuously assess and improve department performance and maintain quality control programs.
• Resource Management: Recommend and manage space, equipment, and other resources needed by the department.
• Leadership: Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and team leads to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 3 years of leadership experience in CT or X-ray (Acute care experience not required)
• Certification:
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• Education:
• Certificate or degree in Radiologic Technology

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (Based on experience) plus yearly director bonus
