About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Float Pool RN to join our dynamic team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time position allows you to work across multiple units, offering the opportunity to gain diverse experience in various nursing environments. You will be an essential part of our team, providing high-quality care to patients and supporting your colleagues.

Available Shifts:

• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Make nursing assessments and diagnoses to provide high-quality patient care.
• Float between multiple units, adapting to different environments and patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent Med-Surg acute care RN experience within the last 2 years is required. Flexibility in floating to multiple units is essential.
• Licensure: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida or have appropriate compact licensure. If Florida is not your primary state on the multi-state license, you must establish Florida as your primary state within 90 days of hire or establishing residency.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Other Requirements: Must complete an AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting.
