Job Title: Part-Time Nurse for Monthly IVIG Infusions

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide monthly IVIG infusions to a patient in Cheneyville, LA. This role requires a dedicated nurse to administer treatments once a month, each session lasting approximately 7-8 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IVIG infusions in the patient's home
• Monitor patient during and after the infusion for any adverse reactions
• Ensure proper documentation of each session
• Educate the patient and family members about the infusion process
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana
• Experience with IVIG infusions preferred
• Excellent intravenous skills and experience with infusion therapies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
• Reliable transportation
